Meet Our Team

With the spunk of a youngster but the professionalism of a veteran, it is easy to see why patients gravitate toward Dawn, one of our three dental hygienists. Knowing that hygiene visits are not always a priority for patients, Dawn knows and stresses the importance of good oral care to the patient and for their general health. Patients are immediately drawn to Dawn’s caring spirit and gentle touch.

It is amazing how our team member’s gifting match so well with their positions. Joanie is no exception; Because she is such a down-to-earth people person, it is no wonder she is such an asset to the team and especially the front office.   Patients love her because Joanie has a passion and heart for loving people.

Roxane is the first person you see when you come into our office and the voice you hear when you call our office, as her primary role involves patient communication and managing our appointment schedule. This is no small job, as she schedules for Dr. Jeff and all of the hygienists. While Roxane spends much of her time on the phone, she is also responsible for checking you in and out for your appointments and many other front-office duties. Roxane is a notary public, offering this service free of charge to our patients. Born and raised in Hawaii, Roxane is a proud graduate of Castle High School. She and her husband Pat, and their children, Corey and Kelsey, are long-time residents of Kaneohe. In her spare time, Roxane enjoys baking, crafts, and watching Netflix. You may contact Roxane at

From the moment you meet Jessy, you can’t help but be happy. She is just one of those rare and special people that will brighten your day no matter what…even if you are already having a great day, she’ll make it better! Combine that with her dental talents, attention to detail, and thoroughness; now that’s the kind of dental hygienist you want.

If anyone on the team needs help, Joclyn is there to step in. She does everything from preparing the tea tree oil scented hot towels for patients to sterilizing all of the instruments to assisting chair-side, and everything in between. She does it all with a positive attitude and has been a huge help to our whole team. Out of the office, Joclyn also helps at her father’s window covering company.
